Transportial API Terms of Use

Thank you for using the Transportial API. By accessing or using the Transportial API (the “API”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the API.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the API provided by Transportial, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Transportial reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. API License

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Transportial grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the API for integration with Transportial's services. This license is provided for your business or personal use only, in accordance with the API documentation.

3. Use Restrictions

When using the API, you agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on the API.
  • Use the API to operate a service competitive to Transportial.
  • Misrepresent or obscure your identity or the identity of your API client.
  • Use the API in a way that disrupts or overloads the Transportial infrastructure.
  • Extract, scrape, or store data beyond what is permitted by the API documentation.

4. Data Privacy

Transportial reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the API at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The API is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Transportial does not warrant that the API will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transportial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the API. The total liability of Transportial for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for access to the API, if any.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Noord-Brabant.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Transportial and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the API or your violation of these Terms.
